Brokers Securities was established in 1998, to trade in stocks and bonds in the Egyptian Stock Exchange, with headquarter based in Alexandria. Now it is ranking as one of the top 50 brokerage companies in Egypt with a turnover 1.5 billion Egyptian pounds annually. In 2011, as a part of its expansion plan Brokers Securities opened an office in Nasr City, Cairo to serve and facilitate its Cairo’s clients more easily and effectively.
In 2012, Brokers Securities spread more widely and start to manage portfolios for different clients and those portfolios under its management reached 200 Million Egyptian Pounds Which Leads to the need to have a sister company to manage those portfolios and to be specializing in asset management.

In 2013, Brokers Securities proceeded with the approval from the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority to trade in foreign stock exchange. This will lead to approaching new clients who are interested in trading in other stock exchange other than the Egyptian Stocks. This considered a big step in the improvement of Brokers Securities ranking and the volume of trading.
In 2015, Brokers Securities introduced a new option which is Margin account with a total asset of 15 Million EGP.
In 2016, Brokers Securities increased its paid in capital to 20 Million EGP, to fulfill its clients requirements and to compete more as markets become more booming.
In 2019, Kunooz Holding for financial investments are acquiring a ruling share in Brokers Securities.
